1. Services Offered
AquaGarden provides sales, installation, and maintenance services for water purifiers in Kerala. Our services include:
- Sales of domestic and commercial water purifiers.
- Installation and re-installation of units.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Emergency repair and filter replacements.
2. Service Bookings & Appointments
- Booking: Service requests can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Availability: While we strive for 24-hour service delivery, timelines may vary based on technician availability and location accessibility in Kerala.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 4 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancelling a confirmed home visit.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices for products and spares are subject to change without prior notice. Service charges are payable upon completion of the job. For AMC packages, payment must be made in advance or as per the agreed schedule. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
4. Warranty and Liability
- Product Warranty: New products are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms. AquaGarden assists in warranty claims but is not the manufacturer.
- Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on service labor. Spare parts carry their own specific warranties.
- Liability: AquaGarden is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing plumbing issues, electrical fluctuations, or misuse of the equipment by the customer.

To ensure efficient service, you agree to:
